Privacy and browser storage

What the current app does

There are no accounts, contact forms, analytics, advertising scripts, external AI services or app-set cookies. Routine selection and timing run in your browser. The app does not save your selected body area or routine history in browser storage, and does not send them to an application backend.

Hosting and CDN requests can include your IP address and resource paths; illustration requests can indicate a body area. Browser-only routines do not mean the host processes no personal data.

Saved preferences

The storage mechanism is localStorage. The key movipausa.preferences.v1 stores only minutes (2, 5 or 10) and floor (whether floor exercises are available). These values remember your choices in this browser, not across devices. They are not used for advertising or profiling.

The app sets no automatic expiry. Preferences remain until you use “Clear saved preferences” on the movement page, clear this site’s browser data, or the browser removes them. Changing a preference replaces the saved value. You can block storage; the tool still works without remembering your choices.

Hosting and scope of this notice

Hosting provider: Cloudflare. This page describes the current app, not a complete public-launch privacy notice. The actual hosting processing and applicable privacy duties still need assessment, including controller identification and contact details where required, processing purposes, legal grounds, recipients, retention and international transfer safeguards. No public contact channel is currently provided. Noncommercial operation does not by itself settle which data-protection duties apply.

Cloudflare handles network requests to deliver pages and protect the service. Cloudflare describes processing IP addresses, traffic-routing and system information for these purposes. This is separate from optional Web Analytics. Its privacy policy distinguishes processing on its own behalf from customer logs and content processed on a customer’s instructions; Cloudflare acts as controller for some processing, not simply as processor for everything.

Cloudflare operates globally. Its published privacy policy describes international transfers and safeguards, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable; this is not a guarantee of EU-only processing. Hosting and security retention depends on the service, settings, processing purposes and legal obligations. The deployment settings and applicable agreements still need verification; no fixed hosting-log retention period is claimed here. Provider policy: www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

Planned traffic measurement — not active

Cloudflare Web Analytics is not enabled in this version. There is no analytics beacon, routine-event reporting or advertising. Hosting settings can inject scripts separately; they must be checked before publication. Any future activation requires updated information and an assessment of applicable consent requirements, including for cookieless services.

The intended purpose is aggregate traffic and performance measurement: page views, visit estimates, page paths, referring sites, country, browser/device information and loading performance. Cloudflare describes this product as using no analytics cookies, localStorage or fingerprinting. It does not provide custom routine events. These product statements do not mean hosting requests contain no personal data or that consent requirements have automatically been settled.

Cloudflare currently documents seven days of unsampled Web Analytics beacon data, followed by aggregation and sampling, with reports accessible for the previous six months. The reporting window is not the retention period for hosting or security logs and is not a promise that every provider record is deleted after six months. Browser blockers and failed requests can cause visits to be missed. Check the actual enabled configuration and current provider documentation before activation.

Your rights

Where applicable, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Where these duties apply, the completed privacy notice must explain how to submit a request through a working contact channel.

You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), or another competent supervisory authority. Information is available at www.aepd.es. Clearing local preferences removes the app’s saved settings, not any separate provider logs.

Future changes

Required consent must be obtained before tracking starts, with straightforward rejection and withdrawal. Body-area choices, saved preferences and routine history must not be sent to advertising or analytics services.
