Usage and safety conditions
General wellness, not healthcare
Movipausa offers optional, general movement breaks for everyday stiffness. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease or injury, assess symptoms, replace a clinician or provide emergency care. Selecting a body area is not a medical assessment. No particular health benefit or result is guaranteed.
Move within your limits
Participation is voluntary. Physical activity carries risks, including discomfort or injury. You decide whether to begin, continue or stop each movement, taking account of your abilities and circumstances. If you are unsure whether a movement is appropriate for you, seek qualified advice before attempting it. Choosing to participate does not waive your legal rights or exclude any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Follow the written instructions and stay in a comfortable range. Never force a position. Stop for pain, dizziness, tingling or numbness; seek qualified advice if symptoms persist. For an injury, recent surgery, pregnancy or a medical condition, ask a qualified professional before trying unfamiliar movements. For a medical emergency, contact emergency services rather than using this site.
Use a safe space and the support described in each movement. A chair must be stable, without wheels, on a non-slip surface. Only choose floor movements with an appropriate, safe surface. Illustrations are guidance, not a target range that everyone must achieve.
Optional timing and control
The 2, 5 and 10-minute options organize a break; they are not individual exercise prescriptions. Short rounds include setup and changing sides, not necessarily a continuous hold. You may pause, skip or stop at any time. Do not continue an uncomfortable movement just to finish a timer.
Availability and legal rights
The operator may correct errors and maintain the service. These conditions do not promise uninterrupted availability or replace checking whether a movement suits you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. These conditions do not require users to waive rights or accept an exclusive foreign court.
